Eligibility for Refunds

We are happy to issue a refund under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  2. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions.
  3. Ship the product back to us in secure packaging to avoid damage during transit.

Refund Process

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Important Notes

  • We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for products that have been used or tampered with.
  • Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable.
  • If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong product sent), we will cover the return shipping costs.
