OLI OILS was founded in 2014 in Ukraine, sparked by a moment of clarity:
Most of what you pay for in a designer perfume isn’t the perfume at all.
Roughly 80% of the price? That’s marketing and advertising.
10% more? Bottles and packaging.
Only the final 10% is the actual cost of the scent.
We knew we could do better — and we have.
At OLI OILS, we cut through the noise and focus on what really matters: pure, high-quality perfume oils at an honest price. No alcohol. No water. Just lasting fragrance that evolves beautifully on your skin.
Our UK Chapter
Since April 2024, we’ve brought OLI OILS to the UK, one local market at a time. We’ve met wonderful people, many of whom come back time after time.
When we miss a market, we hear things like:

We are a small business — just the two of us — and we work around the clock to offer a premium scent experience without the inflated price.
Olena has been obsessed with perfume since 2014 — always studying, testing, and curating scents that feel truly personal.
Slav began by helping out and quickly became the full-time backbone of operations — managing IT, sales, accounting, and everything in between.
